HOW TO ENTER

To enter, send a picture of yourself dressed up from a previous Halloween or cosplay event to webmaster@highmoonstudios.com. Your image file must be a JPEG or GIF, and in a Zip file if possible. Please include your name and address so we can send your prize immediately! Don't forget to make sure that your spam settings allow a return email from webmaster@highmoonstudios.com. You may enter as many times as you would like. To be eligible, entries must be received before midnight (PST) on 10/19/06. All entries shall become the property of High Moon Studios.

CONTEST RULES:

ENTERING: The contest is open to the general public. Employees of High Moon Studios and their respective affiliates and associates and such employees' immediate family members and persons with whom such employees are domiciled are excluded from this contest. You may enter as many times as you would like. To be eligible, entries must be received before midnight (PST) on 10/19/06. All entries shall become the property of High Moon Studios.

RUN DATES: This contest will run from October 12, 2006 through midnight (PST) on October 19, 2006.

JUDGING: Decisions of the contest judges are final - no substitutions will be available.

WINNERS: Winners will be announced online on Friday, October 20, 2006. Winners will be notified by email. One or more of the winners may have their picture featured on the High Moon Studios Halloween e-card.

PRIZES: Only one prize will be awarded per person. We will rush deliver costumes to winners living in the Continental United States only. High Moon Studios is using a commercial carrier and therefore cannot gaurantee delivery before Halloween. The prize is not redeemable in cash and must be accepted as awarded. By claiming the prize, the winner authorizes the use, without additional compensation of his or her name, photograph and municipality of residence for promotion and/or advertising purposes in any manner and in any medium which High Moon Studios may deem appropriate. In accepting the prize, the winner acknowledges that High Moon Studios may not be held liable for any loss, damages or injury associated with accepting or using this prize(s). High Moon Studios retains the rights, in its absolute and sole discretion, to make substitutions of equivalent kind or approximate value in the event of the unavailability of any prize or component of the prize for any reason whatsoever.

OTHER: High Moon Studios reserves the right to change, withdraw or terminate this contest and/or its rules at any time for any reason without prior notice.
